We had an amazing time at this hotel for a long weekend of skiing. The location was perfect, as it was close to the slopes and offered stunning views of the mountains on the other side of Arosa. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a great place to rest after a day on the slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a recently refurbished wellness suite, which was a perfect way to relax and unwind.

That the bathrobe provided wasn't cotton, which created some discomfort.

There were nice tourist destinations like Tschuggen West next to this hotel. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it.

not far from obersee, 10 minutes' walk to arosa train station. no complaints, i had a good experience. i ate at grischuna, which is only 1000 ft away, it suited my needs. the a wellness area was a plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in the mountains and close to the slopes. The hotel facilities were great, with a peaceful atmosphere and stunning views of the mountains from the terrace. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We appreciated the free shuttle bus service to the train station and the convenient free parking. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the staff willingly provided additional items when requested. The free and workable WIFI was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

The staff were very helpful. We were also able to park at the hotel.

The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains on the other side of Arosa. We were also thrilled to find out that the hotel was close to the slopes, making it convenient for skiing. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Our room even had a balcony, allowing us to soak in the beauty of the surroundings. Lastly, I must mention the delicious breakfast buffet that was included. It truly exceeded our expectations.

Access from the village in winter by car requires snow chains or all wheel drive vehicle. This was not known at the time of booking. Difficult walking access to ski areas due to steep roads.

Great hotel experience in the Swiss mountains! The ski-in/ski-out option was fantastic; we could hit the slopes right after breakfast. The delicious gourmet dinners were a highlight of our stay; the five-course menu was varied and beautifully presented. we enjoyed the friendly staff and well-equipped spa facilities.

The WiFi was unreliable and kept disconnecting, which was frustrating. Our room was on the small side, and the furnishings seemed a bit outdated.

Great Value Hotel with Good Location

Stayed at a hotel in Switzerland for a business trip. The hotel's location was great, with skiing in and out access after a snowfall. The hotel's staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. The dining room was an added advantage, with delicious food served. The rooms were well-maintained with a cozy atmosphere. we appreciated the attractive bar with a log fire. a great value hotel in terms of location and services offered.

Although the hotel was a great value overall, the only downside was the bathrobe provided in the room. It wasn't that comfortable and was made from some material other than cotton, which made it stick to my skin uncomfortably.
